Programme Fee

The Oxford Horizon Academy programme fee is £5,999 for our comprehensive two-week residential experience. This represents exceptional value — comparable premium Oxford summer programmes charge £10,000 or more for similar experiences. Our pricing reflects our commitment to providing a truly high-quality, transformative educational experience while remaining accessible to families seeking outstanding value.

What's Included – Everything You Need

Your programme fee is all-inclusive, covering every aspect of your Oxford Horizon Academy experience:

University Admissions Support:

• Comprehensive guidance for applications to Oxford, Cambridge, Ivy League, Russell Group, and leading universities worldwide

• Personal statement development sessions

• Interview preparation

Accommodation and Meals:

• Residential accommodation in historic Oxford college buildings

• All meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner (including traditional Formal Dinners in college dining halls)

Safety, Support, and Logistics:

• 24/7 supervision and residential support

• Airport transfers from/to London Heathrow Airport by coach

Academic Programme:

• All courses (your chosen major and minor)

• University-style teaching in small groups (12-15 students maximum)

• Course materials, readings, and resources

• Certificate of Achievement upon completion

• Letter of recommendation from your Oxford tutor

Activities, Excursions, and Student Life:

• All scheduled activities and cultural excursions (Oxford museums, Bodleian Library tours, Blenheim Palace, London day trip)

What's Not Included

Your programme fee is comprehensive, and there are only a few additional costs to consider:

• Travel to London: Flights or trains to reach London (airport transfers from London Heathrow to Oxford are included)

• Visa application costs: If required based on your nationality (our team provides full support and documentation, but application fees are paid directly to UK government)

• Travel insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must cover medical treatment, travel delays, and personal belongings for the duration of your stay (proof of insurance required before programme start)

• Personal spending money: For souvenirs, additional snacks, or personal purchases during free time in Oxford

Payments Terms & Timeline

When you receive your offer of admission to Oxford Horizon Academy, your offer letter will include complete payment details and timeline. Here's how the payment process works:

• Deposit Upon Acceptance (25% of programme fee): Once you've received your offer of admission and decided to accept your place, you'll pay a deposit of 25% of the total programme fee within 14 days. This deposit confirms your place in the cohort and initiates all logistical and accommodation preparations for your arrival. Your place is not secured until this deposit is received. This deposit is refundable within a 21-day cooling-off window from the date your enrolment contract is signed, after which the amount becomes non-refundable.

• Full Payment Deadline: The remaining 75% of the programme fee is due no later than 10 weeks before the programme start date i.e., by 7 June 2026 for the August programme. This deadline allows us to finalise accommodation assignments, activity bookings, and all pre-arrival arrangements, and gives you sufficient time to complete any visa application if required. Places will not be held beyond this date without confirmed full payment.

• Payment Methods: We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or installment arrangements for institutional clients (schools, educational agencies). All payment instructions, bank details, and currency information will be provided in your offer letter.

• Early Bird Discount: Students who apply and enroll by March 31, 2026 receive an early bird discount of £500 off the programme fee, reducing your total cost to £5,499. This is our way of rewarding families who plan ahead and commit early, and it makes the programme even more accessible. Early enrollment also ensures you secure your place in your preferred cohort and course selection before spaces fill.

Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that circumstances can change. The following schedule applies to all cancellation requests, which must be submitted in writing to the Academy. All percentages refer to the total programme fee paid at the time of cancellation.

The following schedule applies to all individual enrolments. Percentages are expressed as a proportion of the total programme fee paid.

• Within 21 days of signing your enrolment contract:  100% of all amounts paid, including the deposit

• 100 or more days before programme start:  75% of total fee paid (deposit forfeited)

• 60–99 days before programme start:  50% of total fee paid (deposit forfeited)

• 30–59 days before programme start:  25% of total fee paid (deposit forfeited)

• Fewer than 30 days before programme start:  No refund

• After the programme has commenced:  No refund

The 21-day cooling-off window runs from the date your enrolment contract is signed, regardless of proximity to the programme start date. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days of a written cancellation request being received and confirmed.
